Elrund is renowned for his proficiency in battle. He has command of his own unit, which has been decorated several times in defending Alandran territory from the Vincetii.

Elrund's few critics have often accused him of not being aggressive enough with pushing back and invading the Vincetii horde. He has been called an idealist and pacifist on several occasions.
